I actually saw a claim in a rightwing blog of "4 ways Trump" has done better than Obama for African Americans and 1 was solid (First Step Act) the rest were either not right (I do not think food stamps under Obama are inherently evil; the details which I don't know might create dependence, but that's not the fault of "Food stamps" -- it should be possible to get PT job or even low-paying FT job and -- -- keep supplement if you get below living wage), or fluff/vagu -- -- listed among his "4 way"

...except one other (besides the First Step Act; he doesn't seem aware of the Second Chance Hiring which disproportionately helps AA's given help for former inmates; that would be a 5th way the way he counts) claim, more for HBCUs than Obama...Well I didn't trust that, and googled, but found:

Did I assume it's legit just because the presenter of this 1:20 minute piece is an American woman?

No (I think she's AA; all TV presenters look non-human with so much makeup, no matter their ethnicity..and low res on my computer just now..but..I think..and it's a DC station..)

I went to wikipedia to look up the TV station to see if it's Fox news or even more hardcore/baised..and I found:

In part (starting around 40 or 45 seconds in) she says

(Not to take away from Beyonce's 100,000 donation to HBCUs but google says her net worth is 355M...if she gave just 0.1% of her net worth to HBCUs it would be 355,000 not 100,000.... I mean 0.1% is not much if it's a big cause to you...just saying)

This is not "God's grade for Trump" -- which consider's "what's inside his heart" -- for example, God might take points off the far-less-militarism by Trump if Trump has other reasons than morality, but the "Practical Real World Reality Grade"(PRWR) for Trump, would still be high as far as his actions -- the first since Carter with so far no major war as Julian Assange's close friend, anti-torture UK whistleblower Craig Murray blogged about.  Trump might also have another reason: "The Deep State and entire establishment hates me so much that, when I'm done being POTUS, I won't have the near-100% immunity that the other presidents have for their mass murder, so that give same another reason to kill fewer" -- that would lower "God's grade" but not the PRWR grade for this

Similarly, MSM etc Establishment went so overboard in their extreme exaggerations about "Trump will eat all Jewish, Black and Latino babies the day he gets elected if he's elected" that he has maybe extra motivation to prove them wrong, not just intrinsic caring for justice -- so his God's Grade would be less impressed/less impressive..

..but if this WUSA-9 TV report is not wrong, then Trump's PRWR grade on policy relating to African Americans gets another bump up -- on top of the huge bump up  by First Step and the **separate** other big bump up from Second Chance Hiring (http://www.lesserevil2020.com/trump-positive-actions/ )bump up.

I did make a mental note back when this was first announced but was waiting for hard numbers to be reported in my Google News Alerts but didn't see them. So now it's 2019 and I accidentally come across this earlier WUSA-9 report which does give hard numbers, and sure seems to make it sound like a real fact.

If you find out otherwise let me know. I'll still rub the MSM's nose in future examples of Trump violating the pathetic caricature but happy to correct my impression.
